Who We Are Looking For

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a professional kitchen
• Confident, organised and reliable
• Comfortable in high-volume service
• Passionate about food quality, consistency and presentation
• A strong team player with a positive mindset

We are looking for professionals who care about standards, teamwork and continuous improvement.

What You Will Do

• Prepare and deliver dishes to a consistently high standard
• Take ownership of your section and ensure smooth service
• Maintain high levels of cleanliness and food safety
• Support junior team members and work closely with the kitchen team
• Ensure prep, stock and service are well organised
