Now we are looking for an experienced Head Bartender to lead the bar team at our Canary Wharf site and be part of our next chapter.

Who We Are Looking For

• Proven experience in a senior bar or head bartender role
• Strong cocktail, wine and spirits knowledge
• Confident, friendly and naturally engaging
• Comfortable leading a team in a high-volume environment
• Passionate about drinks, service and presentation
• A positive role model with a hands-on approach
• Organised, reliable and focused on standards

We are looking for someone who combines strong bar expertise with leadership skills and a genuine passion for guest experience.

• Lead the bar team during service
• Deliver consistently high-quality drinks
